Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant People (PE4PP) gives temporary, immediate Medi-Cal while your full application is processed—so you can start prenatal visits and get pregnancy-related medications now. Ask your clinic or RHAP site to enroll you.

Breast pumps through Medi-Cal:
Covered as durable medical equipment; the policy spells out covered pump types and supplies (no Treatment Authorization Request needed for standard manual and personal electric pumps). Ask your doctor or health plan to place the order.
WIC
